Creative PR! Integrated agency, amazing opportunity! £55-70K I London
The ‘Group’ my client sits within, is an award winning, highly respected business that has numerous agencies including production, PR, content, social and creative under its banner, to create an outstanding agency with exciting, challenging, global known brands, who require the best people to work within!
This role is to effectively sit within the ‘PR and content’ arm of the group, working across the business to maintain/build award winning campaigns with current clients and new. The agency has 30 strong, like-minded people who have come from leading PR agencies, who are excited to be working at the agency, resulting in strong loyalty and hard work. With a dynamic senior management team, that come from both in house and agency backgrounds, the team runs smoothly and efficiently with exceptional year on year growth with an ever increasing number of new and exciting clients. Their success is from having a work/life balance, outstanding delivery and service for their clients and great people with brilliant skill sets.
There is now a need for a ‘CREATIVE’! This person will bring to the team creative expertise, and effectively ‘time’, to help them with the delivery and ideas for each of their clients and of course new business. This hire is a great opportunity for the right person, though not a stand-alone role. You will be involved on a daily basis with all team members within the PR function, but also across the wider Group to ensure integration where possible is upheld and continued at all times. You will not be sent to a room to come up with the best creative idea on your own, but to work collaboratively with the team, bringing your expertise and mind boggling ideas to the table, together with the understanding of how the idea can work across disciplines and channels. You will of course need reasonable/good digital knowledge.
The role will suit a Senior Account Director / Associate Director type level person, that is hungry and looking for a new challenge. The group is in no way a corporate environment, sitting under one very cool roof, the business works without long red tape to be cut, with an ethos of getting the job done in the best and effective way it can for its clients.
You will have gravitas of course and be able to hand hold where necessary to the junior members of the team, whilst working with some of the best creatives within the wider group, to develop your own skill set. You will definitely have some sort of PR experience/knowledge, to be able to understand the end messaging and media. This role would not suit someone from a pure advertising or marketing background for example; you may currently sit within a content agency that produce work for other marketing disciplines, or you may sit within an existing PR agency, in the creative team? New business is of course a very important part of the role and one that should be grabbed and shaken, to bring in new leads and pitches. The network currently available to the whole of the business is massive, so some intelligence and resourcefulness will not make this hard for the right person!
