Senior Creative Director – integrated agency!! I £80 – £100K I London

This exciting new role of Senior Creative Director, is for an integrated client that is one of the strongest in their field, experts at experiential and extremely talented at partnering brands with culture. The agency has been in the London scene quite some time, with amazing clients, has a super well- oiled machine, a great team and great culture.  They have a central creative team that has grown to a handful of people and they are now looking for a senior creative to manage and guide the team, whilst working with the individual account teams and of course being a prominent figure on helping to win new business for the agency.

Personality with skill set is key for this hire;  you will not have a corporate background in the sense of working into lots of voices and being used to having to fight your way through red tape; but you will be a nimble ‘Director’ who has the management experience with bags of creative experience, to be able to lead this team and continue to grow and support the agency from a creative perspective.

You will sit centrally and work across all of the teams, to spread creativity!! You will not necessarily have the final say on ‘said’ projects as this will always be a collaborative decision, however you will guide the process and be willing to collaborate at all stages.  You will be a strong client handler, be an amazing presenter; inspiring to both clients and the internal team.  The role requires you to have experience in developing brand platforms, have a good understanding of how a concept works TTL, ideally have a marketing, strategy and concept background with a good eye for design!  You will be less of do-er in this role and more of a Director, overseeing the other designers/creatives doing the work, helping direct on how to approach a brief creatively.

Internal communications will also be part of your role, so an open door approach is needed at all times, as well the physical internal comms! You need to have gravitas with clear campaign experience, to get immediate buy in from all the current staff in this medium sized agency.
