Who are they?

An award winning integrated communications agency created at the crossroads of traditional and digital PR. Part of the Karma Comms Group which also includes leading creative agency Karmarama, Kaper applies the strategy, planning and creative skills of an ad agency through the storytelling eyes of a PR company. Plus with in-house production, content creation and digital build capabilities on-site through fellow sister agency Kream, they also have the ability to create digital assets, from short-form branded content, to viral films, to applications and microsites.

What’s their culture like?

Clever, insightful, creative, fun and hugely ambitious. At the heart of the agency is the mantra ‘Good Works’ – putting clients at the heart of everything and only focussing on doing what’s right to help them win. All the agencies: Kaper, Karmarama, and Kream are housed on one huge open plan floor in super cool offices in Farringdon. Escalators take you up to the main floor with big neon signs overhead which read ‘Keine Wixer Bitte’ which roughly translated means ‘No W*nkers Please’ – it’s a great hiring policy!
